Garoo Interactive Mini Games (package com.garoo.pathline) — published by Garoo Interactive
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This policy explains how the app Garoo Interactive Mini Games ("the App," "we," "us") handles information. The App is a collection of 20 arcade, puzzle, and sport mini-games. They run on your device, and your progress is saved on your device.
1. Information we collect
We do not ourselves collect personal information. The App has no user accounts, no login, and no analytics or crash reporting of our own. We run no server that receives data from your device, so we do not receive your name, email address, or contact details. We have no way to identify who is playing. Two outside services do process information when you use the App. This policy describes both: Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads (Section 4), and Google Play Billing / Apple's In-App Purchase system for purchases (Section 3). That information goes to Google or Apple, under their own policies. It does not come to us.
2. Data stored on your device
To make the game work, the App saves your progress locally on your device only, using your device's standard app storage (we do not receive it). This includes things like:
- Your coin balance and which skins, cosmetics, and games you've unlocked or purchased
- Best scores, streaks, and progress for each of the 20 mini-games
- Settings — volume, accessibility options (e.g. Race Assist), and similar preferences
- Whether you own Remove Ads, and a small daily counter of how many rewarded ads you have watched today (used to limit how many bonus-coin and hint ads are offered per day)
You can always earn coins for free by playing. Coins and individual game unlocks can also optionally be purchased with real money (see Section 3). Watching an optional rewarded ad can also give you bonus coins (see Section 4).
3. In-app purchases and network connections
The App offers optional real-money in-app purchases — coin packs, individual game unlocks, and Remove Ads — processed through Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple's In-App Purchase system, StoreKit (iOS). These are the platforms' own first-party payment systems. Garoo Interactive does not run its own payment service and never sees your payment details (card number, billing address, etc.). Google Play or Apple handles those entirely, under their own privacy policies.
When you buy something in the Shop, or use "Restore Purchases", your device connects to Google's or Apple's payment servers to complete or verify that purchase. The App also connects to the internet to prepare and show the optional rewarded ads described in Section 4, unless you have bought Remove Ads. These purchase and ad connections are the only network connections the App makes. The App has no general internet features, no accounts, and no servers of ours that it talks to.
The App only stores, locally on your device, whether you own a given item (for example, that a specific game or Remove Ads is unlocked). It is the same kind of local flag it uses for coins earned through play. We do not receive or store any purchase history, payment method, or transaction data. If you reinstall or switch devices, "Restore Purchases" in the Shop asks Google Play or Apple to confirm your past purchases. No account with us is involved.
Purchasing is always optional. Every game and every coin-priced item can also be unlocked for free by earning coins through play, with no purchase required.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows optional, rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), on both Android and iOS. Watch one to the end and you get a small in-game reward (bonus coins).
- Always your choice. The App never plays an ad unless you tap the button to watch one. There are no interstitial or banner ads, and no ad ever starts on its own or interrupts play.
- Where the buttons appear. A "watch an ad for bonus coins" button can appear on a game's result panel and in the Shop, only when an ad is ready. In Pathline (once your free hints have run out) and in Gem Flow, you can choose to watch an ad to get a hint. That choice only appears after you tap the hint button.
- When ads are prepared. To have an ad ready, the App asks Google for an ad ahead of time. It does this shortly after the App opens and the main screen is showing, when you open the Shop, when you finish a game, and when you open the hint options in Pathline (once your free hints have run out) or in Gem Flow. So Google receives a request even if you end up not watching the ad.
What Google receives. When the App requests or shows an ad, Google may collect your IP address (which can be used to estimate your general location), your device's advertising identifier where your device and settings allow it (the advertising ID on Android, the IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking), app and ad interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, and diagnostic and performance information such as crash logs and app launch time. On Android this can also include an app-set identifier and account identifiers. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, for analytics, and to prevent fraud. It is sent to Google over an encrypted connection. We do not receive this information from Google about you individually. Google acts under its own privacy practices. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your consent choices.
- Europe, UK and Switzerland. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App shows Google's consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before it requests any ad. If you choose Do not consent, ads may still appear but are limited, and Google does not use your data for personalisation as set by your choice. If the form cannot be shown, the App does not request ads. You can review your choice any time in the App under Settings > Ad privacy choices, which asks you again.
- iOS. The App asks permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Because the App prepares an ad shortly after it opens, this prompt appears at or near your first launch, not only when you tap an ad. You can allow or decline. You can change your choice any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you decline, ads can still be shown, but they are not personalized using your advertising identifier.
- Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (for example Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Google Settings > Ads, depending on your Android version).
- Google's ad controls. You can manage how Google personalizes ads at Google My Ad Center (adssettings.google.com).
Remove Ads. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase through Google Play or the App Store. It needs no account. Once you own it, the App stops requesting ads, so no further ad requests are made by the App. The ad buttons are replaced by bonus coins you can claim without watching an ad. We store the fact that you own it only on your device. You can bring it back after a reinstall using "Restore Purchases". Watching an ad is never required to play, buy, or unlock anything.
"Reset progress" in the App's Settings clears the Remove Ads flag stored on your device (use Restore Purchases to bring it back). It does not change any consent or advertising-ID choice, which are held by Google, Apple, and your device.
5. Third-party services
The App contains the following third-party services. None of them is a service we run, and none sends us data about you individually.
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform (Google LLC) — optional rewarded ads and the consent form, as described in Section 4.
- Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchase (iOS) — purchases, as described in Section 3.
- The app stores that distribute the App (Google Play, Apple App Store), under their own policies.
The App has no social features, no analytics platform, and no other third-party advertising network.
6. Children's privacy
Garoo Interactive Mini Games is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not ourselves collect personal information from anyone, of any age. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect the device-level information described in Section 4. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, or has been targeted by this app in a way that concerns you, please contact us using the details below.
7. Your choices
Most of the App's data lives only on your device, so you are in control of it. To erase all local progress, use Settings > Reset progress, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. There is no account to delete. There is also no server-side copy of your progress held by us to request removal of, because none exists.
Information that Google receives through ads is held by Google, not by us. We cannot delete it for you. You can control it through your consent choices (Section 4), your device's advertising-ID and tracking settings, and Google's own privacy and ad controls (policies.google.com/privacy, myadcenter.google.com). Purchase records are held by Google Play or Apple. Manage them through your Google or Apple account.
Buying Remove Ads stops the App from requesting ads. Not tapping an ad button does not by itself stop the App from preparing ads in the background (Section 4).
8. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if the App's data practices change, for example if a future version adds analytics, different ad types, or cloud save. We'll describe any such change here, with a new date, before it ships. This update describes the addition of optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob), the Remove Ads purchase, and Google's consent flow.
